Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Indexora, a service operated by Waripixel ("we", "our", or "us"), a business based in Arlington, Texas. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Indexora provides AI-powered SEO and AI discoverability tools. The Service includes:

• GEO Score Analyzer: A free tool that evaluates a website's visibility to AI tools and search engines, measuring Core Web Vitals, schema quality, crawlability, and content structure. Available to all users, subject to the rate limits in Section 3.
• AI Visibility Kit ($29.99 one-time): A paid file generation product that produces all 12 AI visibility files for your domain — including llms.txt, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, ai-index.json, crawl-hints.txt, faq-schema.json, faq-display.html, meta-tags.html, og-meta-tags.html, agents.md, security.txt, and a JSON-LD schema component. Delivered as a ZIP download.
• Pro Report ($19.99 one-time): A paid detailed GEO analysis report with prioritized recommendations, root-cause explanations, copy-pasteable fix instructions, and a shareable URL.
• White-Label PDF Add-on ($9.99 one-time): A branded PDF export of the GEO analysis with your agency logo and domain, suitable for client delivery.
• GEO Monitor: A subscription service that automatically re-scans your domain(s) on a monthly basis and delivers delta reports and score-change alerts. Individual plan covers 1 domain; Agency plan covers up to 10 domains.
• AI Content Refresh: A subscription service that regenerates your full 12-file AI visibility bundle on a monthly or annual basis as AI crawling standards evolve.
• Hosted Files: A subscription service that stores and serves your generated AI visibility files via Cloudflare infrastructure at a domain you control. Requires adding one CNAME DNS record at your domain registrar. Available in Basic (llms.txt only), Standard (all 12 files), and Agency (multiple domains) tiers.
• Batch Processing: A one-time purchase that generates AI Visibility Kits for multiple sites simultaneously (10, 25, 50, or 100 sites). Delivered as a master ZIP with one folder per domain.

Collectively, the above are referred to as the "Service." The Service is available in free and premium tiers as described below.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at ppa.aroxedni@ycavirp of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Free Tier

The free tier provides access to the GEO Score Analyzer, subject to a limit of three (3) scans per day per IP address. Free-tier GEO Score reports are provided for personal or commercial use. File generation (AI Visibility Kit) and Pro Reports are premium features available for purchase.

4. Premium Tiers and Payment

Premium products are one-time purchases. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the listed price, including any applicable taxes.

• Pro Report: $19.99 USD — a detailed GEO analysis report with prioritized recommendations for a single URL.
• AI Visibility Kit: $29.99 USD — generates an XML sitemap, AI-optimized robots.txt, and JSON-LD schema markup for a single URL.
• White-Label Add-on: $9.99 USD — a one-time purchase that permanently removes the “Powered by Indexora” footer credit from all PDFs generated with your account (Installation Guide and Dev Handoff). Compatible with the AI Visibility Kit. Included at no extra charge with Agency plans.
• GEO Monitor — Individual: $19.99/month or $155.99/year — automated monthly re-scans and delta reports for 1 domain.
• GEO Monitor — Agency: $59.99/month or $479.99/year — automated monthly re-scans for up to 10 domains with per-domain reporting.
• AI Content Refresh: $5.99/month or $39.99/year — monthly or annual regeneration of your full AI visibility file bundle.
• Hosted Files — Basic: $2.99/month or $28.99/year — 1 file hosted and served via Cloudflare.
• Hosted Files — Standard: $5.99/month or $57.99/year — full 12-file AI Visibility Kit hosted via Cloudflare.
• Hosted Files — Agency: $9.99/month or $95.99/year — multi-domain hosted file management.
• Agency: Custom pricing — contact us at ppa.aroxedni@selas.
• Subscription Start Date: Your subscription period begins immediately upon payment confirmation, regardless of when account setup, DNS configuration, CNAME deployment, or any other onboarding step is completed. Indexora does not pro-rate, pause, or extend subscription periods due to delayed setup or delayed use. It is your responsibility to complete configuration and begin using the service as soon as possible after purchase to make the most of your subscription period.
• Prices subject to change with notice posted on our pricing page. Purchases made before a price change are honored at the price displayed at time of checkout.
• Sales Tax: We collect and remit applicable sales tax as required by law. Tax is calculated automatically based on your billing address at checkout.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. By completing a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Authorization Hold: Your payment is authorized at checkout and captured only after your assets have been successfully generated.

5. Refund Policy

Because Indexora delivers digital content generated specifically for your website, all sales are generally final. However:

• If asset generation fails due to an error on our end, your payment authorization is automatically voided and you are not charged.
• If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us at ppa.aroxedni@ycavirp within 7 days of the transaction. We will review and issue a refund if the claim is valid.
• We do not offer refunds for completed scans where assets were successfully delivered and downloaded.

6. Generated Content — Download Responsibility

All content generated by Indexora — including GEO Reports, SEO/GEO asset files (robots.txt, sitemaps, JSON-LD schemas, llms.txt, Open Graph tags, and similar outputs) — is delivered digitally and displayed directly on the page at the time of generation.

• Download immediately: You are responsible for downloading or printing your generated content before leaving the page. Once you navigate away, the content may no longer be accessible through the platform.
• GEO Reports: Your full GEO Report is presented on a dedicated report page immediately after payment and generation. You must download the PDF or print the report before leaving that page. Indexora does not guarantee the ability to retrieve or re-display the report at a later time.
• SEO/GEO Asset Files: Generated files (robots.txt, sitemap, schemas, etc.) are shown in your session and available for download at the time of generation. You should save all files before closing or refreshing the page.
• No liability for lost content: Indexora is not responsible for any loss of generated content resulting from a user navigating away, closing the browser, or failing to download the output in a timely manner. No refunds will be issued on this basis where content was successfully generated and displayed.

We strongly recommend downloading all generated files and reports as soon as they appear on screen. A download prompt and/or warning will be displayed where applicable, but it remains the user's responsibility to save their content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scan websites you do not own or do not have explicit authorization to scan.
• Generate content for illegal, deceptive, or spamming purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the underlying AI models or proprietary logic.
• Circumvent rate limits, payment systems, or access controls.
• Resell or redistribute generated assets as a competing SEO tool or service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Indexora platform, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Waripixel and protected by intellectual property laws.

The SEO assets generated for your website (sitemap, robots.txt, schema files, FAQ content, etc.) are provided to you for use on your own website. You own and may freely use, modify, and deploy those output files.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• Generated assets will guarantee specific SEO rankings or AI discoverability outcomes.
• The Service will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Waripixel and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email.
