Agency Batch Setup

The Agency page is the fastest way to run AI visibility for a whole book of client sites. It works in three steps: enter your client domains (10-domain minimum), review a batch visibility check, then host them on an Agency package — 10, 25, 50, or 100 domains, from $3.99/domain/mo.

Step 1 — Enter client domains

You can add up to 100 domains in one batch, three ways:

• Paste — type or paste domains into the box, one per line or comma-separated. Protocols and www. prefixes are stripped automatically.
• Import CSV — upload a CSV with a domain column. A ready-made template is downloadable next to the import button.
• Batch generator CSV — the 21-column CSV used by the Batch Generator works here too; we read its websiteUrl column.

Duplicates are removed automatically, and each domain appears as a removable chip. The counter shows how many of the 100 slots you've used.

Step 2 — The batch visibility check

Clicking Check AI visibility probes every domain for the four signals AI search engines look for before citing a site:

• llms.txt — a structured site summary for large language models
• AI robots rules — whether robots.txt explicitly addresses AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, OAI-SearchBot, Google-Extended)
• sitemap.xml — a valid sitemap, either served directly or declared in robots.txt
• Structured data — JSON-LD schema on the homepage

Each site gets a verdict: Visible (all four signals), Partial (two or three), or Invisible (one or none). This is a quick presence check, not the full GEO Score — sites you decide to fix get a full deep scan during setup.

For paid checks your card is only authorized at checkout — it is charged when the check completes. If the check fails for any reason, the authorization is released and you pay nothing. Results for each domain are cached for 24 hours, so re-running a portfolio is instant.

Step 3 — Fix the sites

Hosted Files — Agency packages

The Agency plan generates and hosts the complete AI file set, sold as fixed domain packages with a per-domain rate that drops with size:

• 10 domains — $6.99/domain → $69.90/mo or $671.99/yr
• 25 domains — $5.99/domain → $149.75/mo or $1,437.99/yr
• 50 domains — $4.99/domain → $249.50/mo or $2,395.99/yr
• 100 domains — $3.99/domain → $399.00/mo or $3,830.99/yr

Annual billing saves 20%. Your checked domains are all pre-selected; untick sites in the results table to drop to a smaller package. A one-time package setup feeon the first invoice covers generating every domain's files — $269 (10), $599 (25), $1,124 (50), or $2,099 (100), the same volume-discounted rates as the Batch Generator. Recurring hosting billing starts after a 7-day setup window. For fewer than 10 sites, use the Standard plan ($9.99/mo per domain) instead — the agency flow starts at 10.

After checkout — per-domain activation

Payment returns you to an activation table with one row per hosted domain. For each domain:

1. We generate its AI files automatically — the row shows live progress.
2. You add one CNAME record at the client's DNS provider, pointing the domain to serve.indexora.app. The row expands to show the exact record with copy buttons.
3. Use the per-row Check DNS button to verify the record — the domain goes live automatically once it's seen.

There's no deadline pressure: domains are saved to your account, billing starts only after the 7-day setup window, and you can finish activation any time from your dashboard, which also lets you swap domains later (up to 10 active at once). See CNAME setup for registrar-specific instructions.
